Introduction to application: the centralized anaerobic fermentation treatment scheme for large-scale organic waste adopts the process route of “pre-treatment + high temperature anaerobic fermentation” based on characteristics of China’s kitchen waste of “l(fā)ow calorific value and high water content”. The restaurant-kitchen garbage will produce biogas and biogas residue after thermophilic anaerobic treatment in the fermentation tank, and biogas can be used to generate electricity, while biogas residue can produce organic fertilizer after aerobic fermentation so as to effectively solve environmental pollution caused by treatment of by-products with relatively high recovery values.
